The Red Bull Arena "Soft Opening" has now been officially announced. The Red Bulls Academy U18 team will face the US Men's U17 team on Saturday March 13th, 2010 (4:30pm). This Red Bull Arena Dress Rehearsal will allow the club to check turnstiles, flush toilets, turn the hot dog grills on, etc... Admittance is free for all, but you must contact the Red Bulls Front Office for tickets (1.877.RBSOCCER - beginning at 10am, on February 15th). Red Bulls season tickets holders will have tickets to this match automatically included as part of their season ticket plans. The Red Bulls then host storied Brazilian club Santos the following week (March 20th) in a friendly, which will serve as the "Grand Opening", before hosting the Chicago Fire (March 27th) for the Arena's firs ever MLS game.
