Two Red Bull Rookies Get the Call

The U.S. Soccer Federation announced the U.S. Men's National Team's 18-man roster for their November 17 friendly in Cape Town, South Africa. The New York Red Bulls' Rookie of the Year nominee Tim Ream has been named to the roster. Coach Backe said back in April that he believed Tim would develop into a NT-caliber player, and now U.S. Head Coach Bob Bradley will begin to take a look.

Joining Tim will be the Red Bulls 17-year-old Homegrown rookie Juan Agudelo. Juan, a product of the Red Bulls Academy, became the fourth-youngest player in MLS history to start a playoff match this season and provided the assist in the home leg against San Jose. His international resume includes the 2009 U-17 World Cup and some excellent play in this year's Milk Cup with the U.S. U-20 team. This is his first call-up to the Senior team.

Congratulations to Tim and Juan!
